Our engineering staff at Endicott Coil Company, Inc. provides custom winding of transformers or inductors to meet our customers' specific needs. We produce all types of transformers including, but not limited to: power, current, flyback, and autotransformers. Endicott Coil also manufactures custom inductors including common mode, filter, self-supporting, wind mill, generator, and toroidal inductors.

Transformers can be produced with windings using wire from 10 AWG to 48 AWG and EI-187 to EI-250 lamination cores. Finished transformers can be up to 9" x 6" x 6" and weigh up to 30 lbs. Transformers can be manufactured with power ratings up to 5,000 VA. We manufacture our transformers on both manual and CNC winding machines as required by the design. Our engineers will take customer's specifications for direct current resistance, input/output voltage, inductance, impedance, and dielectric strength and design the transformer based on these parameters. We use dimensional inspection, HiPot testing, surge testing, exciting current testing, input & output voltage testing, and turn count to ensure that all applicable UL, CSA, and VDE quality standards are met.
