Custom Coil Winding Assemblies for the Electrical Industry

For over 50 years, Endicott Coil Company, Inc. has been at the forefront of technology in the design and production of coil winding assemblies. Our coil assemblies are used in solenoids, actuators, vibrators, PC board assemblies, and electronic assemblies. We have integrated our in-house custom tooling and insulating techniques manufacturing ability with the latest technology in CNC winding to produce high quality coil assemblies that serve a wide range of industries.

Dimensional tolerances on our assemblies are as tight as ±.005" (1/64" for fractional dimensions) and ±1/2° for angular dimensions. We utilize direct current resistance testing, dimensional inspection, actuation, and functional testing to ensure that all UL, CSA, VDE, and customer specifications are met. A wide range of configurations and sizes of assemblies are available to meet our customers' needs.
